Intelligent AI shortlisted for two Tech South West Awards 2026

The company is a finalist for the AI Award and the FinTech Award, recognising its work in property risk intelligence and automated rebuild cost valuation.

Intelligent AI Limited has been shortlisted in two categories at the Tech South West Awards 2026: the AI Award and the FinTech Award. The two nominations reflect different parts of the company’s work to help insurers, brokers, surveyors and property owners understand property risk and set more reliable rebuild values.

AI Award for property risk intelligence

The AI Award shortlisting centres on Intelligent AI’s Risk_API platform and property risk data. Risk_API cleans and validates addresses, enriches property records and brings together Construction, Occupancy, Protections and Exposure (COPE) information. Insurers and brokers can use this intelligence to pre-fill submissions, review portfolios and identify properties that may need closer underwriting or risk engineering attention.

FinTech Award for rebuild cost automation

The FinTech Award shortlisting highlights the Intelligent Rebuild Cost Platform. It automates property reinstatement estimates by combining property characteristics and occupancy with regional construction costs and allowances for demolition, professional fees and external works. The platform helps insurers and brokers assess individual buildings and whole portfolios in seconds, giving them a clearer basis for reviewing sums insured and addressing underinsurance.

The 2026 nominations follow Intelligent AI’s win in the FinTech category at the Tech South West Awards 2024. This year’s winners will be announced at Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol on Thursday 26 November 2026. The company thanks its team, customers and partners for their contribution to the development of both platforms.
