About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Intelligent AI Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and local storage) on our website at www.intelligentai.co.uk (the “Site”), and the choices available to you.
This Policy supplements our Client Privacy Notice, which explains more generally how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Where a cookie or similar technology involves the processing of personal data, that processing is also governed by the Client Privacy Notice.
This Policy applies to all visitors to the Site. It does not apply to cookies or similar technologies used within the Service platform once a customer has logged in, which are addressed separately in the Data Processing Agreement and Schedule of Services applicable to that customer.
What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise your device and store information about your visit, such as your preferences or actions on the site.
We also use similar technologies that store or access information on your device, including tracking pixels, tags, scripts, and local/session storage. References to “cookies” in this Policy include these similar technologies unless the context requires otherwise.
The Legal Position
The use of cookies is governed by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (“PECR”), as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“DUAA”). PECR requires us to obtain your consent before storing or accessing information on your device, save where a specific exemption applies.
The DUAA introduced a small number of new exemptions from the consent requirement for narrowly-defined “low risk” purposes, alongside a substantial increase in the maximum penalty for non-compliance (now aligned with UK GDPR fine levels, up to £17.5 million or 4% of global annual turnover). Parts 4 and 5 below set out which of our cookies fall within these exemptions and which require your consent.
Cookies That Do Not Require Your Consent
Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the Site to function — for example, cookies that keep you securely connected while browsing the Site, remember items in a form you are completing, or balance load across our servers. These cookies do not require consent under PECR, and cannot be switched off.
Statistical/analytics cookies (limited exemption). Where our analytics cookies are used solely to understand how the Site is used and to improve it, produce only aggregate statistics that do not identify you individually, and are not combined with advertising data or used for profiling, they fall within the statistical-purposes exemption introduced by the DUAA and do not require your consent. We will tell you clearly which cookies fall within this category in our cookie banner and in the cookie table at Part 7 below, and give you a simple, free way to opt out even though consent is not legally required.
Appearance and preference cookies (limited exemption). Cookies used solely to remember your display, language, or accessibility preferences on the Site also fall within a DUAA exemption and do not require consent.
These exemptions are narrow. If a cookie is shared with, or used for the benefit of, a third party for a purpose beyond improving our own Site (for example, advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking), it does not qualify for these exemptions and instead requires your consent under Part 5 below.
Cookies That Require Your Consent
Analytics cookies (non-exempt). Where our analytics tools use identifiers that could be linked to you individually, or share data with the analytics provider for that provider’s own purposes, consent is required.
Marketing and advertising cookies. Cookies used to show you relevant marketing, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, or enable retargeting, always require your consent.
Third-party embedded content. Cookies set by third-party tools embedded in our Site (for example, video players or social media widgets) require your consent unless they are strictly necessary for the content you have requested to load.
We will not set any non-exempt cookie on your device before you have given consent through our cookie banner, and you may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Part 6 below.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
When you first visit the Site, you will be shown a cookie banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies, and to opt out of the exempt statistical cookies described in Part 4. You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie settings link in the Site footer.
Most web browsers also allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
Further guidance on managing cookies through your browser is available at www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.

The table below sets out the specific cookies currently used on the Site.

Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on the Site are placed by third parties, such as analytics providers and, where used, marketing platforms. These third parties are responsible for their own cookies and privacy practices; we encourage you to review their respective policies.
We require any third party setting non-exempt cookies on the Site to do so only with your consent, obtained through our cookie banner.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. Material changes will be notified through an updated cookie banner on your next visit to the Site. The current version is always available at www.intelligentai.co.uk/cookies.
This Policy was last updated on: 7 August 2026.
