Getting started
The Intelligent AI REST API returns structured property risk data for any UK or US address. All responses are JSON, authenticated via API key, and rate-limited per your plan tier.
Authentication
Pass your API key in the Authorization header as a Bearer token. Keys are issued when you sign up for a trial or commercial plan.
Sandbox
A full sandbox environment is available for development and testing. Sandbox API keys are issued alongside your production key and return realistic but synthetic data.
